The room lock was broken, the cleaning was not good, the room was already deteriorated, very far from the center, and also there were guests who had their parties in the pool while drunk, not letting others sleep, and no one said anything because at night there is no one to supervise, the truth is I wouldn't come back

Our visit was bittersweet. The good thing about the place is the views, it's a cozy and charming place. If you have mobility issues or have trouble climbing stairs, this is not the place for you. The housekeepers were very friendly and efficient.

From the first day we had problems with the water pressure in the shower, we reported it for 2 consecutive days and they said they would send someone but they didn't. On the third day, we talked to the housekeepers about our problem, they immediately contacted maintenance and the problem was solved in 30 minutes. The penultimate day, there was no water in the room, it was 4:40 and I tried to contact reception, but that day the person in charge of WhatsApp was off duty, I was stressed because at 5 pm the staff leaves and there is no one to handle these situations, so I went down to reception a bit upset because it was 5 pm and no one was solving the problem, and I knew their shift ends at 5. Fortunately, they managed to solve the problem and we could leave at 5:30 for our commitment. The internet is very bad. It's a shame, it's a nice place, but there is no one 24/7 to help you if something happens. My next visit to PV, I will look for a place where there is staff 24/7. Because if something happened after 5 pm, I had to wait until the next day to see if someone would solve anything.

The environment was safe residential, very clean, comfortable, and the bus passes in front of an Oxxo that will take you on tours to Boca de Tomatlan passing through all the beaches, paying only 12 pesos you travel with locals and foreigners, sometimes they are more multicultural, a wonderful experience and almost 3 blocks from the beach, all very romantic and luxurious for all budgets

Too many stairs. Put in an elevator. Manager/owner is isolated from the guests. She needs to connect with her customers. During the cartel attacks of the 22nd a meeting with the guests was important. Reassure the guests and explain the circumstances of the insecurity.
