Location is great, lots of charm. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Appreciate that the fitness center had a bathroom and foam rollers. The breakfast vouchers are a wonderful touch.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be. The water filling station in the fitness center needs to be fixed or replaced.

There was no kettle and coffee. The socket for the cable did not work. There was absolutely nothing but hangers.

Was expecting a proper breakfast in the hotel and not vouchers that only covered a croissant and a drink - the quality was good but there was always a huge queue and not enough seating or food choices. The room was very basic - no kettle, plastic glasses, only two small bottles of water for 3 people and just on the first day. And we were only left 1 towel and no bath mat on the last clean. Very dark and minimal view. The 'free' taxi that collected us from the airport was not the car or driver that we had been told would collect us, it was battered and very old and broke down 5 minutes later in the middle of the freeway at 11.30pm on a Sunday night. Extremely dangerous and very stressful
