It is quite far from the center, but we found it to be a good and safe area.

Nothing. My husband and I are very familiar with Florence, having lived there for 3 years. Some people might find the location outside the city center a bit far. We had no issues getting around by foot or taxi.
The upper floor bedroom in the deluxe room is great. I always liked the glass on the ceiling. My advice to those staying is not to turn on the air conditioners in the bedroom, the one in the living room is quite sufficient. Hope to see you again.

Lovely layout with great facilities, good location, welcoming staff, nice and clean.

The bedrooms, as we were on the 4th floor, had a roof room, so getting up at night was a challenge with a 2-year-old and hitting our heads.
