Das Personal war sehr freundlich und haben alles versucht unser Aufenthalt so entspannt wie möglich zu gestalten. Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel aber leider mit einigen negativen erfahrungen wue sie unten lesen können.

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im 4. Stock, wovon ich dringend abraten würde. Direkt darüber befinden sich die Terrasse und die Küche, wodurch es teilweise die ganze Nacht hindurch sehr laut werden kann. Generell sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Man hört viele Geräusche aus den umliegenden Bereichen, was einen erholsamen Schlaf schwierig macht. Wer im Urlaub wirklich Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, sollte sich die Buchung dieses Hotels gut überlegen. Die Fotos des Hotels sehen sehr schön und einladend aus. Leider entspricht der tatsächliche Zustand nicht ganz diesem Eindruck. An einigen Stellen wären Renovierungen und Verbesserungen dringend notwendig. Besonders schade finde ich, dass die schöne Optik nicht durch den entsprechenden Komfort ergänzt wird. Für uns war vor allem die fehlende Nachtruhe ein grosser Minuspunkt.yy Wieder richtig gereinigt werden und gewisse installation verbessert oder sauber montiert werden. Für den Preis kann man nicht klagen, aber es wird nicht perfekt werden. Ich selber würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen. Aber jederr darf seine erfahrung mache und es genauso dort geniessen

Leider war mein Fenster zur Straße und die Balkon Tür war nicht wirklich Schalldicht, sodass es etwas laut war im Zimmer.

The streets are a bit loud and you can hear the cars from the room but it's all like this in Giza.
