Staff (reception) was extremely unmotivated... (rolling eyes, because she had to get up from the chair... etc.)

The shower was really in bad condition, the towel rack was falling, the shower doors wouldn't close. The ventilations were very dusty, even deteriorated. The breakfast was average. For the price, this is not normal.

No elevators, only a long spiral staircase all the way to the 3rd floor so might be a problem for people with mobility issues.
