I don’t like the fact that the manager doesn’t let us know if they were going to have people going into the rooms to do some work

On arrival there was no information on how to get in, to check in, gates key pad locked. When I did get in, the manager(very arrogant) had us on the top floor, even though I rang 2 days before to say my wife is handicap and can’t climb stairs, (no lift) then he wanted to charge us $40 more have a room down stairs. He eventually reneged on $40 and let us have the ground floor room. There was no hot water, had to have cold sponge bath. There cockroaches, the bed was uncomfortable. There was nothing I liked about this motel. The building is old and needs to be pulled down and rebuilt. The pool looked nice, but we were only there one night , thank God.

booked room with two single beds, received one with one bed. The cleaner brought one folding bed instead which was in a poor condition. There was no one in the reception, only the cleaner came later. She was an oversees student and very helpful and nice but neither the receptionist nor the manager was nowhere to be seen. I was ery unhappy with the whole experience and moved somewhere else for the next night.
