The sleeping rooms were especially exceptional, well isolated. It's rare to sleep so peacefully in holiday apartments. We didn't hear anything from other apartments. The proximity to the bus stop is perfect. We didn't have any contact with the landlord, but everything went very smoothly. We would book the apartment again at any time.

It's really just minor things that bothered. It was said that everything was there to make coffee. In reality, there was only one aluminum coffee capsule per resident per day..., and the milk pots were all expired, some for years. The snack vending machine in the building was also poorly stocked. The toilet flush is very loud, but in the bedroom right next to it, thanks to the good walls, it's not too disturbing.
Spacious and well-furnished apartment. Located 20 minutes by bus from the center, bus stop 21 in front of the apartment. Reserved internal parking. We had a kit each with mini shower gel, cotton swabs, etc. Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and microwave.

Very poor kitchen equipment: only one dishcloth, no placemats/tablecloth, no pot holders. Upon our arrival, there were not enough utensils for everyone, and the trash had not been thrown out: fixed after our report. The fridge doesn't cool enough, we had to throw out the milk. There's no dishwasher, but not even a dish rack, and with only one sink, it's a bit complicated to wash the dishes... There's only one split unit in the entrance for air conditioning: if you want to keep the rooms cool, you shouldn't close the doors.

The air conditioning was only in the common area, so the room doors needed to be open to cool the rooms. It was a bit noisy because the apartment is on the main public road.
