+ Came straight away with pillow cases and a kind of mug (an espresso cup!) so service can be quick and pleasant. + air conditioning works + bedding is clean

- the terrace is a shared terrace for ALL the apartments, not one per apartment which is not clear in the current description. It’s also a dumping ground for rubbish and broken chairs. -Does not have WiFi. Pretends it does but it does not function at all. - streaming services- does not function without WiFi. Even tried using my husband’s work phone as a hotspot network- to no avail. - No lights next to the bed. - Only one plug socket next to one side of the bed - No sharp knife to cut vegetables - Only one large plate and mug. - Cracked tiles on floor and in the shower so watch your feet. - en suite is a wooden box in the room and shower smells mouldy. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. - It’s basic, next to bars on street below. Probably wouldn’t stay here as a female on my own. If you can afford more I’d do it.

Had a pleasant stay after TrenItalia dropped me back off at Zurich main station after the train stopped working on my way to Milan. Booked this apartment located just a 5 min walk from the station. The guy on the phone was very helpful with letting me into the apartment. Took a good shower and had a nice bit of rest.
