The staff are extremely rude and do not appreciate when someone comes to them from 10 am and tries to check in and did not enter until 4:30, and the check-out time for people should be at 12 noon. Also, the parking spaces are very narrow, difficult, and few

Regarding the lounge, we wanted to have breakfast, but the lounge area had a strong smell of shisha, and the Arabic breakfast was not up to standard. We hope you change the dining area to another floor away from the lounge and have a buffet-style meal. It would be very nice and show a known menu like most hotels have. Thank you
