Unfortunately, I didn't get to use the SPA as I had other things to do. It would be good if the SPA fee was not included in the total payment. I think it would be more convenient for hotel guests. When booking the room, I didn't see any information that everything had to be paid for collectively. Otherwise, I would probably have chosen another hotel, knowing that I wouldn't have the opportunity to use the SPA.

I specifically booked this because I needed a fridge for medications. It wasn't working, and because it was the weekend, the staff's attitude was indifferent. No maintenance personnel until Monday. By the next morning, it was magically working, but it was unreliable. The lady at the reception wasn't very helpful.

The breakfast room was located deep down in the bowels of the building. There was no elevator for people with mobility needs. There were stairs up to the elevator that once again would not help people with luggage or mobility needs.
