The room is too small, not enough space for eight people, no breakfast or kitchen utensils; the only window is close to the road, noisy at night making it hard to sleep; the upper bunk is too high, inconvenient to go up and down, with certain safety risks; towels are charged separately, the locker is too small for luggage, and you have to buy a lock yourself. No toilet paper in the bathroom, mold in the shower corners. The front desk attendant with glasses has a bad attitude, impatient with customers.

No minibar, no water or coffee offered! For the daily rate, they could offer this and more amenities
