The bed linens are worn out, the carpet is very old, and the student mattress is large; I found it to be two small mattresses with a loose piece of fabric in the middle (assembled). Breakfast is also very limited.

Window locks were unusable or missing, curtains were hanging, couldn't be drawn. The highest point on the bathroom floor was the drain, so puddles formed in several places. In the breakfast area, the serving counter was in a corner, and in the middle, there was a column, so only one person could access the food, utensils, coffee machine, etc. at a time.

They gave us a suite instead of a regular room. Everything was very good except for the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spacious and bright, despite being in the center, it was quiet. However, the bathroom was not usable. The floor was not clean in the bathroom. Since the shower area was open, if you take a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet, and if you want to use the toilet, your slippers get soaking wet. The toilet area is a very narrow space. My wife and I, although quite thin, had difficulty using it, but it would be very difficult for a heavier person. In the written text in the room, it says to take a shower inside the shower area, otherwise, you will be responsible for any damage, which is tragically funny; when you turn on the shower, the entire bathroom gets wet, and it stays in water, so we couldn't take a shower. On the first day, we wanted to change the room, Hayrudin at the reception immediately wanted to change it, saying they gave us a suite instead of a regular room, if you are not satisfied, we can change it right away. He tried to help us with such good intentions and a smile, despite the big problem for us, the bathroom, we continued our holiday by seeing the glass half full instead of changing the room. We thank Hayrudin and the other receptionist for their help.
