5 out of 7 rooms that me and my friends had didn’t have aircon. The reception didn’t have aircon and the staff weren’t very helpful. Aircon in 35 degree heat is a necessity.

Ужасный грязный номер, не соответствующий фотографиям. Все потертое, грязное, прям желание попросить тряпку и средство и все отмыть, также не очень приятный запах. Бассейн наверху такой же. Освещение в номере изначально работало не все, о чем сказали на ресепшене (мастера прислали сразу же). Но даже починив все, при полностью включенном свете, номер оставался очень тусклым. Конечно, понимаю, что отель очень дешевый, но в нём даже тупо ночевать было бы достаточно противно. Нашли другой отель и попросили вернуть нам деньги через час после заселения. Нам предложили повысить уровень номера (в том было гораздо лучше с освещением, но так же грязно и потерто), мы отказались и тогда деньги нам вернули без проблем, слава Богу, иначе непонятно, что бы мы делали. Все же, несмотря на это, не могу поставить тут положительной оценки, так как потом люди ориентируются на хорошие отзывы, едут туда как мы и теряют время и нервы на лишние хлопоты.

Overall, I had a great stay. There wasn't anything I particularly disliked, but I think the breakfast options could be improved.
