Managers should check the cleanliness of bathrooms and toilets. All the plates and glasses displayed on the table should be in the cupboard so we have space to eat and play cards. Plenty of empty space in cupboards

The smell in the toilet is never-ending. All day, every day, there is a very bad stench. Not sure why, but there is no ventilation. We sprayed air freshener, room freshener, nothing worked. The smell made my stay very unpleasant.

There were only 2 coffee mugs to use for the four people. Instead, we brought in our own coffee mugs. You have to ask for the rooms to be replenished with supplies.
