Location
They canceled my booking without asking and downgraded my room. Something as simple as giving water took a couple of hours even though we requested urgently due to high fever for me and daughter. They couldn’t care less.

the First impression was great
The water didn't work the second day at all, they had to shift us to a separate property which made us lose some time, but they did let us stay past our checkout time which was nice
