The staff is kind. I started with a dorm but stayed at Petra for 3 nights and then returned to Amman, where I stayed in a private room for 3 nights. I'm happy that it's cheap.

The toilets need fixing
The location is great, really close to local restaurants and within walking distance of the archaeological site. The staff were super friendly, especially Jehad, who was really nice and helpful. The cleaner also did a great job. The manager fixed the internet problem on the first floor as soon as I complained.
