Impeccable room already air-conditioned upon my arrival. Perfect bathroom and a very nice balcony to relax. The bed was very good. The airport pick up was excellent right from my arrival, he was there and took care of my arrival perfectly, I didn't see the 40 minutes pass.

Only one towel, worn, even torn, per person. The towels by the pool are way too small and worn out. The breakfast area is presented as a buffet, but there is only bread and fake pastries, no fruits, a huge half-empty jar of jam with a tiny spoon... You have to choose from the 'breakfast' menus, and asking for eggs instead of sausages, for example, is a challenge! The fruit plate is okay, nothing special. It all lacks generosity. Everything seems to be done on a budget (for example, for those who would like to watch TV, it's forbidden! With a sign on the screen announcing that you should enjoy the city! Sofas on the terrace are okay, but only a few have cushions/mattresses. The rules displayed regarding pool hours and silence are not followed. The staff does not intervene in case of non-compliance (children screaming in the pool at 6:30 in the morning). The hotel's glass entrance door is not cleaned...not classy
The reception hosts sleep behind their desk, sometimes it is necessary to wake them up to ask a question. They welcome clients with underage prostitutes, which is unacceptable. Especially when asked for their opinion and reported, they say it's not the case and that she is a friend of the clients. And given the attitude of the young girl who was not of legal age, she seemed scared rather than zen towards these two boys!!!!
