Breakfasts are not very varied, but it is a small hotel so I understand that it cannot afford losses. Clean rooms. Bedding changed daily and room cleaned. Very nice service. Very good location. The heart of Tirana.

Lack of dinner. This is an important issue because it was the reason why I chose this hotel. It turned out that dinner is available, but at an additional cost.

Reception with courteous staff, but not professional or absent. No elevator. Poor cleanliness. Room with a strong sewer smell in the bathroom that partially extended to the room. Malfunctioning shower drain causing water to stagnate. Window behind the bed with a faulty handle to open or close. Poor room darkening. Intermittent wifi, advertised as fast.
