The property owner and caretaker have no ethics or manners to treat guests. The first thing we experienced as soon we set foot inside the premises is the caretaker claiming that there is no booking on record and that we should leave, WITHOUT even looking at our booking confirmation. Then he got on the phone with the property owner and spent around 30-40 minutes trying to figure out what to do. In the end, he explained that the lady who manages the bookings is traveling but did not handover any responsibilities to him or someone.

Staff is unbelievably non cooperative… I felt like I am staying for free and that’s why they didn’t bother to treat me as a guest or customer. Cannot recommend
