Fantastic stay at Lijam Hotel in Amman! We booked a two-bedroom apartment and our stay was 16 days. We had a minor issue on the first night, but Mr. Mohammad Kiwan handled it professionally and with great care. He assured us that Lijam would be our home for the 16 days and insisted on resolving it immediately, upgrading our reservation to a larger apartment. He provided us with a portable Wi-Fi device when there was an internet coverage issue in the apartment, and he and the team stayed in constant communication with us to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. All the staff at the reception, lobby, room service, and restaurant were courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Kiwan and the entire hotel team for their hospitality and attention to detail. See you next year, God willing.
