Noisy from the outside. The area is awful (like all of Catania)

Communication with the host was more complicated, when asked if we needed to leave the accommodation earlier than the booking time, there was no response, I first asked the question via booking 4 months in advance, no response, then by email, still nothing. Contact with the host only occurred on the day of the stay, when the host described how to get inside. Otherwise, I would expect the accommodation to be cleaner, there were several hairs on the bed, water was leaking from the shower, and the toilet seat was broken. The bed was very hard, but that's probably a personal opinion.
