In our previous reservations made through booking.com, we requested rooms above the 35th floor. They said they could not provide rooms above the 35th floor for reservations made through booking.com at the hotel

One thing they need to think about is the housekeeping personnel. They're too old. The bathroom is not properly cleaned. The shower is not well cleaned. They should do better.
