Air conditioning was not controllable from the room, first two nights spent in unbearable heat as explained that all rooms receive the same control. On the Third night this changed due to switching off the heating and the temperature was perfect.

Location and staff. The room was great and very clean. The staff were all really very attentive and nice.

Rooms at the back were quiet but with horrible view that was just too depressing. Moved to the front and the room was fabulous. But quite noisy from the street. We were warned.
