Very good communication with the landlord via WhatsApp, we booked an underground parking space afterwards, I definitely want to pass that on as a tip. Parking in Innsbruck is otherwise a disaster, even without an underground parking space, we would have been allowed to store our bicycles in the underground garage. There are coffee capsules available.

For the coffee capsules, I would have liked four capsules for two nights as well. I always find it a pity when you get the same amount of coffee capsules as if you had only stayed for one night.
The apartment was functional and well equipped overall. Well connected, the bus stops right at the door.

A bit far from the center. The room was not particularly spacious considering the location and the price paid for the place.
