I travel weekly for work and by far this WAS THE WORST TREATMENT I'VE EVER HAD! Arrived at the location at 11 am, when check-in was at 2 pm... I asked if I could enter earlier because I was feeling unwell, with an absurd labyrinthitis crisis. I was informed that I should wait because there were no rooms available yet... so far so good. At 12 pm I receive a message saying that the room was ready, however, in order for me to enter, I would have to pay ANOTHER 160 REAIS to be able to enter. I understand the rules of early check-in, but what does it cost for the place to allow entry for a guest who is feeling unwell and who will enter in moments since the room is already available? I found it absurd and luckily the receptionist from the hotel next door let me lie on the reception sofa until it was time to enter, because I couldn't even sit. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I didn't like absolutely anything, horrible location, Jurassic apartments, sink in the bedroom outside the room, corridor outside without coverage to go have breakfast, guests going under the rain, Ubers couldn't enter, they asked to go to the avenue, we had to carry the suitcases up a huge hill, I won't be back.

A renovation in the rooms would be welcome. Nothing that has detracted from the stay, however, any improvement is welcome.
