I have booked this hotel in advance so many months but they never let me know that they are under renovation and not ready for my stay.

The location is not bad

The manager at the reception desk doesn't even know what booking is, checked us into some shack with cracks in the walls, a broken faucet in the bathroom, and no heating. Complete horror. Also, right under the windows, there was a cage with poor cats sitting in the cage under the scorching sun, losing their voices from screaming and exhaustion. Cruelty and chaos!
