The removes the complimentary bottled water in my last 2 visits which I used to appreciate for late night arrivals.

The room felt close and hot. Had to open the window or turn on the fan to circulate air. The duvet was too warm-a sheet or light blanket would have been more comfortable.

The basement rooms are disappointing. After the first night we were moved to the main floor, which was much better, including kitchen and bathrooms

Incredibly noisy. Constant doors banging , crashing traffic outside my door and directly across hall in bathroom, it was brutal both nights. I was exhausted from travelling and couldn’t get any sleep …CONSTANTLY JARRED AWAKE. And no tv
