I booked 4 rooms 5 months ago, and the hotel unilaterally canceled my reservation. They refunded the money, then reassured me that they would rebook to another hotel, which did not happen. I did not receive any information, and I couldn't even talk to the reception. They are very busy, and they don't call back as promised.
