First of all...we got there early ,stored our luggage in storage room off of laundry room. Came back later and everything was locked by a KEY., not code. Medication was in luggage and didn't get to luggage for hours. Im diabetic so it took its toll on me till next day! I requested room service on 3rd day, noone came. Requested on 4th day. No one came. I Requested extra towels bc they only give you 2 big towels,1 washcloth ,1 floor towel. That's it. The towels came and we're dirty. Only once did I talk to a manager, Manam. He promise the room service and compensation for all our troubles and did not deliver. No toiletries either. 1 small tube of body wash,1 shampoo,1 lotion. That was it for 6 days. We ended up buying own soap,beach towels so we could shower. They advertise that you can get ahold of them 24/7. NOT TRUE. Everything is done by text and they either play word salad with you or don't contact you at all. SPEND A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

Hotel was great...rooms was roomy and clean. The staff was super communicative and checked in repeatedly throughout our stay. The pool is amazing. Highly recommend if your looking in Key West.
