Very spacious and well-maintained room. The location was excellent, with just a few minutes' walk to reach all areas of interest. The staff was kind and always available.

Shame about the unpleasant smell in the bathroom, probably due to the shower.

The cleanliness, on the last day they only sprayed a lot of strong and persistent deodorant but did not clean or change the sheets and towels.

I liked the facilities, such as the Jacuzzi in the room, which was cool, and the AC was pretty good once they fixed it. The staff was friendly, really cool people. The bedroom was clean, and they had someone come in daily to clean the room, although one day the towels were not changed (So humid, two showers a day). Location is very central too!

There were only two negatives: 1. They offer a taxi service but couldn't pick us up from the airport, and one day we arranged it to the beach, but after being an hour late, we decided to find an alternative, and they were like 'no problem'. 2. Strangely, they only provided one toilet paper roll a day in the bathroom, so one day we had to go on a hunt for it.
