Dream location by the lake, quiet, beautiful rooms with lake view, good bedding, clean and really pleasant. Good breakfast and very good meal at the rooftop restaurant. I don't understand the negative reviews, really nothing to say, this hotel is very pleasant and you feel good there!

The rooms are overpriced for what they provide, the cheaper rooms are better than the suite. The suite didn’t even have a properly filled bar, let alone actual suite features
The two best things about this hotel are (1) the staff were fantastic and helpful. (2) the great location on the lake with gorgeous views.

Only one suggestion for improvement in my case is that when being picked up by the hotel, the sign with my name on it was too small for me to see at a distance in a crowd of taxi drivers and others. Next time I’ll make sure to book a room with a lake view.
Location and lake view were great! Breakfast and F&B team service were good. Late night hospitality service was great (handled an emergency cleaning due to vomit like a pro!)

Linen (towels, bedsheets) are quite old and not in keeping with the positioning of the property
