I booked a hotel through your app, but when I arrived at the property, they informed me that they had given my room to someone else. It was a totally disgusting and inappropriate behavior around 3 am. I had to wait for a room and then had to pay extra for a dormitory.
Responsive administrators. Especially Ekaterina - she helped with every little detail! The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable - my husband and I had a great night's sleep.

The only downside was the daily need to recharge the key cards. It's very tiring to go to the reception every day when all you want after a journey is to enter the room and relax. Or remember in advance to recharge it.

Everything, from unchanged bedsheets, bedspreads, bed bugs, unpleasant surroundings, unclean rooms, it was the worst hostel I've ever stayed at.

Someone's hair was in our toilet and additionally, the bedspread was clearly not washed for a long time because it smelled terribly.
