All staff is good but one guy (Deepak) works the night shift. He was very rude and aggressive to me. I just asked him for a water bottle and I drank it near the reception area. He shouted at me and said, 'Go to your room and drink your water there.' I said, 'Yeah, I am going,' but he wasn't ready to listen. This was the first time I faced this experience.
