Shower drains slowly and floods the entire bathroom with prolonged use. Nighttime noise is not great, but was expected.

We have spent several nights here and are very satisfied with the accommodation. Most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room and location are great, and the breakfast portions are generous. We felt comfortable.

There was a young woman who was supposed to serve breakfast and was very unfriendly. She made us feel like we shouldn't order anything so she wouldn't have to work. She just threw a menu at us without a word. If we hadn't been there twice before (with completely different, very positive experiences), we wouldn't have known that you can choose one meal and 2 drinks per person from the menu. All other employees were always very nice and extremely helpful, but she casts a bad light on the hotel.

Especially great: Due to our early departure, we couldn't have breakfast and therefore received a very large lunch package. The staff is very helpful, everything is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is perfect. Sometimes a bit noisy at night.

I had an important presentation the next day, so I had requested a quiet room in advance, and the staff accommodated it well. I didn't have much time in the morning, so I skipped breakfast.
