They sold my room to someone else and told me to look for accommodation somewhere else. They tried to chase me from the premises. I resisted. This is after they had made me pay for the room before I came to the place. What people.

My first criteria when I choose a hotel or a place to stay is cleanliness. Yes, here is very clean! The staff is amazing, extremely helpful, ready to accomplish every wish. I ate in different places in town, but in the end, the best food was here, in the hotel. Very good Chef and I thank him again! I'm a food lover. Quiet place, half an hour walking to downtown, 1 hour walking to Victoria Falls. You can pay by card or any currency... but, like everywhere in town 1 euro = 1$.

The ergonomics of the room. The TV is on the wrong wall (I don't watch TV, just saying), the bathtub needs a longer pipe, no support for personal stuff at the sink or inside the shower cabin, no power on both beds (very important!).

I got stuck outside after a night and there was no one to open the gate. I had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the night.
