The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, which made the stay very pleasant. The male receptionist, the male staff member attending to the breakfast area, and the female cleaner wearing glasses were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

On 8 September 2026, sometime between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., I approached the hotel reception for assistance in contacting two Swatch outlets, as I was hoping to purchase the limited-edition Royal Pop watch. I wanted to check the availability of the watch at the Swatch outlet on Bahnhofstrasse as well as the outlet at the airport.
