Very comfortable stay in this central hotel in Vientiane. We booked at a very good price on Booking. The rooms are small but comfortable, clean, and modern. Rooftop with good views. The buffet breakfast, not very large but with Asian and Western dishes (i.e., eggs and sausages). They arranged transportation to the airport at a good price (250,000 kips).

Like in other cities in Laos, the staff doesn't speak English well enough, and it's difficult to manage things with them. Also, they are a bit chaotic in organization (we had to ask them to pick up some dirty dishes from the door of a room next to ours because the whole hallway smelled).

The room doesn't soundproof. At midnight, people coming back talking normally can be heard / talking in the next room can be heard / the elevator makes a loud noise. VIP room 3 in 1 on the 8th floor, the first room next to the elevator, can't sleep at all, very loud noise.
