The lady who meets you is called Agnus and she is lovely. Really easy, you just call her 15 minutes before you arrive and she meets you when you get to the entrance and takes you to the room. It's perfect if you want access to the mall and surrounding activities. The outdoor tram ride at the mall was great for the kids. There's a boat too, but we ran our of time - next time.

Don't walk between the hotel and the mall at night with young kids, as it is a public area and quite dark at certain spots, so better to be safe and do the 5-minute drive around. Bonues tip; If you want the food court, park at the top in parking bay 10.

I loved the views from the balconies. Loved the warmth and sincerity of Agnes and how helpful she was to make us settle in. We enjoyed the walks to the mall and back. Will surely stay at the apartment again in future. Keep it up!
