Host was ready to welcome us and hand over the key. Nice apartment with all amenities and relatively new. Beautiful plants in the garden, pool, good air conditioning, and nice bathroom. The balcony is wonderfully spacious and windy with enough shade. The washing machine is a lifesaver. Excellent machine that was also cleaned when we arrived. Cleaning was excellent. Location is close to the beach where you can definitely relax and end the day from mid-afternoon.

It took several days before the defective coffee machine was replaced. Other minor issues, such as curtains with loose hems, musty smell in the second bedroom's air conditioning. Stove didn't work quite right (got very hot and went into error). A suggestion: make a deal with a provider at Seaquarium beach for a beach bed, after all, you are called Mambo apptmnts, to avoid having to pay for a bed each time. This can easily be passed on, but it still feels different. Cleaning was excellent but a bit minimal for a 17-day stay. An extra cleaning would make a difference. Contact with the host was quite superficial, no warm 'how are you, did you have a good time?' Almost a year in advance, we agreed that we would get a ground floor apartment but upon arrival, it turned out not to be the case. Dismissed with something about bookings and changes... still a pity. The beautiful plants do not reach the upper balconies yet, so you are directly facing each other. Location along a busy road; not a problem outside, but no issue inside.

Additionally, they charge you for electricity consumption, I have traveled a lot and it's the first time I have to pay for consumption. Dirty and wet stairs, common areas are never cleaned

We stayed for 17 nights during a dolphin therapy in the apartment. The accommodation is a beautiful, well-kept, bright, and new apartment in a very good location with immediate proximity to Mambo Beach (about 1 km). The decor is stylish and practical. There are plenty of storage options. The open closets in the bedrooms also offer a lot of space. Especially important for families: the washing machine. Especially useful for longer stays as it allows you to save on luggage in advance. There is a Nespresso machine. Important for us as coffee drinkers. Corresponding capsules can be bought locally at the nearest larger supermarket. Living and sleeping areas are air-conditioned. The pool is about 1.5 m deep and equipped with seating. It is perfect for a little swim. Late check-out is possible at a fair price (45$). The agency managing the property is very accessible. Questions were answered promptly. The owners are also occasionally on-site. Extensive apartment cleaning is done weekly. The value for money was definitely there. We highly recommend the complex. We didn't miss anything.

Energy costs are exclusive. It is common on the island but not explicitly mentioned in the description. We were informed about it at check-in. So we didn't have any surprises. Price 0.55$/kWh. Also (at least for us) important: There is no place to store luggage on-site. Without late check-out and a late flight, this can become a problem. Best to clarify before/upon arrival. Suggestion to the owners: offer luggage storage.

Nothing. Maybe make sure there are some dishwasher tablets and/or dish soap available for people who need very little and therefore don't have to buy whole packs.

At the end of the stay, I was charged an additional expensive amount in dollars for the energy used during the days of accommodation, which I understand is not appropriate because renting an apartment implies energy consumption.

Nice, large balcony, well-tempered pool, comfortable beds, good Wifi, useful mosquito nets on the windows, large beach towels, helpful service. The ice cube function in the refrigerator did not work during our stay, but we were surprised with a bag of ice cubes.

There are currently many construction sites around the complex that produce a lot of noise. Although we were very conservative with electricity consumption, the separately billed electricity costs are very high.
