Great location, excellent experience for access (all done online and with facial recognition), great parking (even for taller cars), well-designed and comfortable studio. It has a gym, service area, meeting and work space, 24-hour concierge, and pets are very welcome. All the security guards are very attentive. The place is close to bakeries, markets, and restaurants. The parking spaces are spacious and easy to access.

The bathroom ventilation is mechanical and not natural. The curtains had mold (but it wasn't a problem even for me who has rhinitis).
