Gran ubicación en el centro histórico. Muy cómdas las instalaciones, el desayuno rico y completo. Tiene un patio interno lleno de plantas, flores y dos conejitos, en donde se puede pasar el rato. Hay acceso a la cocina las 24hs para prepararse infusiones, calentar agua, etc. Tiene para contratar servicio de laundry. Pero el elemento que más destacamos son los hospedadores. Joswar y Rocío nos trataron con suma amabilidad desde el primer momento, como si estuviésemos en nuestra propia casa. Nos ayudaron a resolver nuestra ida y vuelta al Machu Picchu y el último día nos dejaron guardar las valijas allí sin cargo mientras recorríamos la ciudad. Realmente una de las mejores experiencias que tuvimos. Gracias!

Whatever your issue is, go to the staff and they will solve it with the honest smile on their faces + we could communicate in English. We stayed for 5 days late August, we always had hot water! Hostel is located 10 minutes from plaza de armas which makes it a great location.

El gerente del hotel y su esposa fueron encantadores y estuvieron siempre atentos a todo. Hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera sumamente placentera. The hotel manager and his wife were wonderful and extremely attentive to every request.
