Excellent location in Providencia, one of the quietest and safest neighborhoods in Santiago. There are restaurants, cafes, and all kinds of services just steps away from the accommodation. The staff is exceptional: friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Both the girls and the boys gave us very good advice and recommendations that made our stay and our trip even better. A place where you really feel well taken care of.

The room is bright but quite small. The entrance to the hotel is poorly maintained.

Simple breakfast served from 7:30 a.m. But I requested a packed lunch to take on the tours since I left very early every day. I was always attended to.

The room did not have a heater. Wi-Fi did not work in the room I stayed in, it kept dropping all the time. The first day the shower was not providing hot water.

I made the payment with a foreign card and they did not know how to deduct the payment. I thought everything was settled, and when I arrived at the accommodation, they charged me again. I think they should incorporate that into their service.

Breakfast was excellent, this hotel has a friendly dog greeting you every morning, which was a huge bonus, 5 minutes away from a metro station
