The facilities. The room is too tight. 2 separate beds side by side look like a big bed

The reception and the long wait, even though there was only one customer ahead!!!! Although we had a reservation, we had to wait over 45 minutes at the reception, there was a couple in front of us taking their time and chatting with the receptionist!!!! By the way, I want to inform you that the receptionist we encountered was not smiling at all, nor welcoming!!!!
