no possibility to communicate with the host, poor cleanliness, no cooking accessories, only 1 bath towel, cobwebs a bit everywhere in the window corners

The location was perfect, very central and very safe because to access it you have to open 3 doors and a main gate. All in all, we were fine because we stayed little and for changing, washing and sleeping it was perfect!!

The room was very dirty, with dust on the floor and hair on the bed. The windows overlook the street directly but during our stay, after 10:30 pm there was no noise, except for the garbage collectors in the morning. Windows without curtains..

The room is dirty - bed linens, towels, floors, even the table. Everything is old and shabby. The toilet has no handle - if you close the door from the inside, you won't be able to get out without help from the outside. There was no hot water! There wasn't even a basic TV, and there was no information inside about Wi-Fi. All night until the morning, very loud shouting from drunk cafe visitors (the apartment is right in the center of a pedestrian zone). On the landing in front of the room - literally a pile of garbage, cardboard, old clothes, leftover food. The room absolutely does not match the photos on the Booking website.
