The location, close to the Torre del Oro and 10 minutes from the Giralda. Quiet area with everything you need nearby: supermarket, pharmacy, etc... Comfortable and clean beds and pillows. Easy communication and quick response in the chat. It's the third time I've been and I'll definitely repeat.

There are some details that could be improved. I was in an apartment and there was nowhere to put the towels in the bathroom... Some furniture a bit 'shabby'

The location is great, the staff is super friendly and approachable, the facilities are quite average and could be improved.

The air conditioning was not working optimally, we had to change rooms and although the air conditioning worked better but not completely, the room was very uncomfortable, there was a super high bathtub and the shower was broken

There were hairs and dust in the closet, so I couldn't store the clothes. What bothered me the most is that there were cockroaches in both the room and the hallways, it was an invasion at night. They need to fumigate, because this is unacceptable in an accommodation. When I got home, I quickly put the clothes to wash and shook everything well for fear of bringing the cockroaches to Madrid.
