The host Joyce is very nice and always there to assist with any questions or anything. She ensures that transfers are taken care of and your equipped with everything you need. She goes above and beyond. The location is centralize and close to bus stop, bakery and convenient stores. Take the bus to town, malls, airport less than 1 minute walk from Joyville. The bus is only $3.50 Barbados dollars anywhere.

The property was exceptionally clean. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The property is located very close to the bus stop going to town. There is a bakery across the street and a large supermarket a five minute walk away to get groceries.

I first thought being on a fairly busy road it would be noisy, but once the windows were closed I did not hear street noise.

Excellent location. In front of the house is minimarket, bus stop, bakery and 7min walk to big supermarket. You can get easily to Bridgetown and beaches. This is a very local location which was great people are greeting you on a way shop and at the “home street” people make you feel you are one of them. We loved that. Value for money is 100% apartment is spotless clean and you find there whatever you might need it is there. Everything was thought through what you would need ever need for comfortable staying. Place is very safe and you are not alone there isolated. Host with family lives downstairs house and also there is another apartment where locals lived that time. First day host offered to take us by car to the beach so we would get there faster and easier away after we know the way. Very nice people and almost felt more like visiting someone you know than a hotel. But the apartment is very private because it is upstairs and you have your own stairs and entrance to there. Easy to find back because you can just name the huge bakery everybody knows it. Like I said value for money excellent especially because Barbados can be madly expensive.
