Darkness and mess in the female room, initially the light goes out in the toilet, shower rooms for men and women are located in the same room, although separated by doors, but not very comfortable.

Reserved a place, reservation confirmed. When arrived, they said there were no spots available and couldn't help with anything. Had to urgently look for another accommodation to avoid sleeping on a bench.
