El personal no era amable, tampoco te explican las restricciones que hay en el hotel. Cuando preguntaba por algun proceso o requerimiento al personal, el personal me mandaba con otro equipo, esto fue desgastante, tedioso y cansado. En cuanto a la habitación, la iluminación necesita ser mejorada. La cama no era cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. Sumado a eso no te dan pero ninguna botella de agua. Los elevadores están retirados de las habitaciones. Solo hay una estación de hielo por piso. Los cuartos no tienen aislamiento, puedes escuchar lo que sucede en el corredor y lo que pasa en los cuartos contiguos. Para el precio que pagas, debería de incluir desayuno continental al menos, pero aquí estas pagando por tener un cuarto con baño privado, y nada más. El precio del parqueo no se muestra en la cotización que te da booking, sumado a eso te cobran un deposito que es " reemboldable" , pero hasta el momento en mi estado de cuenta hicieron el cargo total de mi estadía más el deposito. No recomiendo este hotel, deben de haber mejores hoteles en la zona.
