Close to everything that is needed. Festivities are Mardigras-ish. Hot and sweaty but then again you're near the equator. Will return soon.

They tried to force us to pay a hotel tax for being Colombians, when we had already paid the total amount online. The photos do NOT match what we booked. For that price, there are better places.

The air conditioning did not cool very well, the shower barely released a trickle of water, if you bring a companion they charge you for it, and the rooms are quite small. But the hotel is close to everything and the area seems to be safe.
