The staff here was absolutely amazing! Best service so far during my month traveling. I had trouble walking due to a bad sunburn that I got at Phi Phi Island. The staff made sure I was comfortable, checked in on me regularly, and even assisted in helping me up the stairs as walking was difficult from the burn. They even brought up delivered food to me so I wouldn’t have to go up and down the stairs. The facility was clean, and I loved the room! Extremely close to Old Phuket Town; you can get there in about 10 minutes by walking. Easy to get transportation via cab or public transportation. Highly recommend! And again, I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff was!

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. I love this place; they treat you like family here. On top of that, they are very hygienic; they clean the rooms and change your bedsheets daily.

They don’t provide any sheet or blankets, so you just freeze during the night. The shower was very annoying with all these seashells. It had to go through that, making so much noise. The stairs were a long hike up. They wanted to keep my passport, which is not normal! It was a big disappointment.
